September 2017 - TRAINING FOR ORPHANAGE TEENAGERS

On September 23 there was the first training addressed to a group consisting of almost  30 teenagers from two children’s care homes based in Warsaw, who are about to enter their mature life and become independent. A fabulous coach - Krzysztof Kotapski, undertook the workshop. The subject of the training was communications – how to build fine day-to-day relationships with other persons, particularly such that differ from us, the most important principles in building self-esteem, i.e. self-confidence as an ultimately important feature of a man, how to talk precisely about one’s needs, so that others would like to listen to and involve in our business, communications blockades – how to recognize them and how to avoid them, and what is an active listening about, i.e. how  to build up empathy.
