June 2015 -CHILDREN’S DAY IN OSTRÓWEK

Pupils from the School Complex in Ostórwek could have had an unforgettable and gorgeous Children’s Day, that was held on May 29, 2015. All day long 300 children were playing within the school premises, taking advantage of numerous attractions, out of which the crème-de-la-crème event was the lottery, giving each kid an opportunity to win the present. The surprise gifts included 80 balls purchased by our Foundation.  Apart from the fun activities, they were also provided with educational tasks: the students had prepared an exhibition inspired by the action „I support, like, help”.  The goal of that action was to make young individuals feel compassion for  the poverty of other people and needs of their peers as well as introduce the operations of Formika for Children Foundation to the entire school community (children, teachers, parents). Each class, supervised by the relevant teachers, presented their ideas on how to aid, support and promote the concept that every child is important, every single one could be liked and each can be played with.
